Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

The remaining 50% balance is due after the event, before delivery of final photos.

Dates are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If the client cancels the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.

If the client wishes to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred to the new date (subject to the photographer’s availability).

If the photographer cannot accommodate the new date, the deposit remains non-refundable.

3. Coverage & Deliverables
The photographer will provide coverage as agreed in the quotation or discussion.

Edited photos will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeline.

Any additional requests (extra hours, special edits, prints, etc.) may incur extra charges.

4. Copyright & Usage
The photographer retains copyright ownership of all images.

Clients receive usage rights for personal and promotional purposes.

Images may be used by the photographer for portfolio, social media, or promotional use, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Liability
The photographer will take all reasonable care but is not liable for circumstances beyond control, such as technical failures, accidents, or venue restrictions.

In the unlikely event the photographer cannot attend due to illness or emergency, every effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement or provide a full refund of the deposit.
